We have a 17-day return policy, which means you have 17 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, you need a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

Mistakes happen. We’re all human. So, if you received an incorrect product, we will work with you to get the correct items sent out without any cost to you. We apologize that you have received a damaged product. Quality and Care are core values here, so we will handle all claims promptly.

Return shipping costs

No charge when the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or otherwise defective. But, when any customer mistakenly buys any product on another color, or brand. That time customers will responsible for the actual cost of shipping for the said item.

Exchange of Goods

We are willing to exchange goods if the item you received is not as ordered or damaged beyond shipping.

Please inform us within a maximum of 2 days after you receive the item.

To initiate the exchange process, please contact us via email and attach clear photo evidence of the item that is not as ordered or damaged.

Upon receiving your complaint, we will conduct an investigation within a maximum of 7 working days.

Afterward, we will resend a new product that matches your order and is in good condition.

REFUND

We will notify you via mail once we’ve received your return, and let you know it was approved or not. If your return is approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please note that it can take PayPal, your bank or credit card company around 8 business days to process your refund.
